“Burn Bright instead of Burn Out with Kathy Gregory! What a great program, at a steady and personalized pace. I had some major health issues following a toxic job, and I had no idea about my habits and negative self-talk really impacting me. The Burn Bright program showed me several important ways that contribute to mental health and wellness. It seemed silly that I needed to be told to take breaks and to sleep, but it really was a reminder that it’s okay to put myself first.
